Your demo progress carries over to the full game.

Installation

macOS: Extract the zip and run VectorBreach-Demo.app. The app is code signed and notarized.

Windows: Extract and run VectorBreach-Demo.exe.

Linux: Extract and run ./install.sh, or run ./vectorbreach directly.

Android: Enable Install from unknown sources in Settings, then open the APK.

Troubleshooting

macOS — “unidentified developer”: The demo is code signed and notarized by Apple, so this shouldn’t occur. If it does, right-click the app and choose Open, then click Open in the dialog.

Windows — SmartScreen warning: Click More info, then Run anyway. This appears because the executable isn’t widely distributed yet.

Linux — permission denied: Run chmod +x ./vectorbreach to make the binary executable.

System Requirements

Desktop: macOS 11+ (Apple Silicon or Intel), Windows 10+ (64-bit), or Linux (64-bit / ARM64, X11 or Wayland)

Android: Android 8.0+ (API 26), ARM64 or x86_64

GPU: A GPU supported by Ebitengine’s platform renderer (DirectX or OpenGL on Windows, Metal or OpenGL on macOS, OpenGL on Linux, GLES on Android, and Metal on iOS)

Input: Mouse and keyboard, trackpad, or standard gamepad on desktop; touch on mobile. Keyboard and gamepad bindings are customizable.

Mobile

The full game supports iPhone and iPad on iOS 16+ and ARM64 or x86_64 Android phones and tablets on API 26+. Phones use a compact touch HUD and a two-tap placement flow: tap to preview, then tap again to confirm. Tablets retain the full desktop-style layout, and graphics quality adapts to the device tier. Mobile app store releases are planned.
